Renae Brooks

Renae Brooks started working at Meadow Montessori in 2003 as an intern in The Nest. She is now the Directress of Children's House West working with Lorna Ansel.

Renae completed her Montessori Certification from Adrian Dominican Montessori Teacher Education Institute in Adrian, MI. She also, completed her internship at Meadow Montessori in Children's House West where she is currently the Directress.

Renae received an Associated of Arts Degree in Early Education from Monroe County Community College. She completed an internship at Head Start in Monroe. Renae has also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Siena Heights University in Child Development with a Concentration in Montessori Education.

Renae and husband John are lifelong residents of Monroe, except for three years when John was stationed in Hawaii in the Marine Corps. They have three children Chelsea, Lauren, and Lilly, all of whom attend Meadow Montessori. Renae loves teaching the Montessori philosophy, being outdoors, sewing, and playing the piano.
