Karen Gladieux

Karen Gladieux joined the Meadow Montessori staff in the fall of 2004 as Art Teacher. She is responsible for the fine arts program for all elementary and middle school students. The fine arts program focuses on art history, learning a variety of art mediums and cross-curricular projects.

Karen holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from Bowling Green State University. Her experience includes 15 years in advertising and marketing as well as two years as a substitute teacher and one year as a permanent art substitute.

Karen and her husband Jim have two children at home and enjoy sailing in the summer months. Winter weekends are spent traveling to various locations with their son's hockey team. Go Ice Hawks!
