Alline Holoway

Alline Holoway joined the MMS staff in the fall of 2004 as string teacher for third-year Juniors through Senior students. She came to us after retiring from 32 years as Monroe Public Schools' string director. Originally from Detroit, Alline majored in music education at Wayne State University. She comes to Meadow Montessori School with a wealth of experience and expertise.

In addition to giving private string lessons, Alline keeps her performance level up by playing with the Dearborn and Redford symphonies, as well as with smaller ensemble groups in the Monroe area.

Alline likes the smaller, more intimate classes of MMS which give her the opportunity for more individual attention to her students. Welcome back, Alline!
